Terms & Conditions — Conan Apps Games
These terms cover the basic rules for using our game apps — such as Seeker Flying and Bright Move — including their leaderboard services, ads, and support channels. By playing, you agree to them.
01 Using the games
You may use the games for personal, non-commercial entertainment, and you agree to play fairly and avoid anything that harms other players or the service.
02 Eligibility and younger players
The games are designed for a broad audience, including children. If a player is below the age needed to accept terms in their region, a parent or guardian should review and accept these terms on their behalf.
03 Accounts and access
You may use guest access or, where available, sign in with a third-party method such as Google or a wallet. You are responsible for activity on your device or session.
04 Fair play
Do not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboard rankings. We may limit, suspend, or remove scores or access when we detect abuse, fraud, or serious rule violations.
05 Ads and purchases
The games may show ads, and a one-time in-app purchase may be offered to remove them. Billing, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by the app store or payment platform you used.
06 Ownership
The games — including artwork, code, music, design, and branding — are owned by their operator or licensed to it. These terms grant a limited right to play, not ownership of any game assets.
07 Changes and availability
We may update or rebalance game features at any time, and may pause service for maintenance, reliability, or security.
08 Ending access
You can stop playing at any time. We may restrict or end access if these terms are violated or if needed for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
09 Disclaimers and liability
The games are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from game use, outages, or third-party services.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is posted here with an updated date; continued play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
