This Privacy Policy applies to the "Seeker Flying" and "Seeker Note" apps (collectively, the "Services") provided by dep.app.

1. Seeker Note (Privacy First)

Seeker Note is designed with a "Privacy First" architecture.

Data Storage: All notes are stored locally on your device or in an encrypted format (Encrypted Blobs) that only you can decrypt using your wallet keys. We (the developers) do not have access to your raw note content.
Identity: We do not collect email addresses or passwords. Authentication is handled via the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA).
Analytics: We gather zero personally identifiable information (PII).

2. Seeker Flying (Arcade Game)

Seeker Flying is an ad-supported application. To support the free version of the game, we may integrate with third-party advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob).

Advertising Data: Ad providers may collect non-sensitive device data (such as Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads.
In-App Purchases: Payment processing for "Remove Ads" is handled directly by Google Play. We do not store your credit card information.
Children's Privacy: While the game is suitable for broad audiences, we comply with the "Families Policy" on Google Play. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
